Project: National Forestry Magazine Design

Client: Kenya Forest Service

Problem: The organization needed visually consistent, professionally formatted publications to share their initiatives and research nationwide.

Solution: Designed three issues of The Forester, using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for structured layouts, imagery placement, and page flow.

Process:

• Worked with editorial team to align visual hierarchy with article priority
• Built master templates for repeat use across editions
• Balanced dense text with whitespace and visual breaks

Outcome:

• Positive reception from internal stakeholders
• Issues distributed nationwide and used for stakeholder reporting
• The layout is now a reference design for future KFS communication
